We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
